RILLS (Pvt) Ltd has been a growing educational company in Pakistan since 2007.
We observed that international education (O-Level and IGCSE) was largely confined to major urban cities and accessible only to an elite segment of society. Recognizing this gap, we saw a tremendous opportunity to expand quality international education to both large cities and smaller towns alike.

RILLS You Have What it Takes?
To qualify for a RILLS franchise, candidates must possess a community-focused vision and proven management experience, alongside a commitment to developing a purpose-built facility of at least 2 kanals that adheres to specific institutional guidelines for infrastructure and decorum.

Capability
Successful academic/business ownership/management experience ideally in education or service sector industry.
Leadership
If you do not have experience in education or cannot manage day-to-day operations, you should be open to outsourcing and team building. You will need to hire experienced academic and managerial professionals.
Decorum
School front, play area, offices and classrooms should be renovated under the guidelines from RILLS.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure should be developed under the guidelines from RILLS.
Building
At least 2 kanal land ideally purpose built in peaceful surroundings. School building must have 1 kanal covered area including classrooms, activity room, labs and library.
