ADMISSION PROCESS & AGE CRITERIA
RILLS offers two annual admission intakes in February and August, following a streamlined 5-step process from inquiry to final enrollment. Our age-appropriate placement covers students from Reception (3 years) through O-Level/IGCSE (15 years), ensuring every child begins their academic journey in a setting tailored to their developmental needs.

Admission to each class or level is determined by the child’s age as of 31st July for schools where the academic year begins in August, and 28th February for schools where the academic session starts in March or April.
*All academic sessions consist of two terms.

Parents need to visit the school office for an admission test by completing the admission form and making an appointment for the test and the interview.

Admission Requirements
1. Parents complete the admission form and pay the registration fees, after which they will receive:
- Relevant Fee structure slip
- Appointment card with date & time for the test
- Registration receipt
- Admission and fee payment information
- Prospectus & Newsletter
2. The documents to be attached with the Admission Form includes:
- 2 recent passport-size photographs
- Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate
- In case of transfer:
- Report card from last school
- A photocopy of the Provisional Certificate and Character Certificate from the last institution attended
3. Admission test and interviews with both parents are scheduled.
4. Result will be finalised within a week of the test and will be shared with parents on their registered contact information.
5. Parents are given the admission fee challan/bill along with the guidelines of payment.

To complete the admission process, please provide the following documents. All documents must be submitted as clear photocopies at the time of admission.
- Student’s B-Form (NADRA)
- CNIC of Father and Mother/Guardian
- Previous School Report Card If Applicable (for Level 1 and above)
