Rills Franchise Financials
The RILLS franchise agreement requires a full initial license fee upon signing the MOU, followed by a security deposit before operations begin. Ongoing costs include a royalty fee based on gross monthly revenue, with each campus requiring a separate license and all payments handled through official bank channels.
- Initial Payment (License Fee) will be received as whole at the time of signing the MOU.
- Security amount should be deposited to RILLS head office before the operations start at your school.
- Royalty fee is subject to be charged on gross monthly revenue.
- All the payments should be made through bank draft or deposited in company’s bank account.
- Security amount will be disbursed after final settlement in case of any type of dis-continual.
- This cost is only for one campus in one city/town.
- Franchisee will have to get new license for new campus as a separate entity.
- RILLS has the right to amend above fee for new franchise with passage of time.
